And im out $600 for the year, too. So to recap: their service was marginally good, they then laid off much of their customer service and replaced most if not all of them with AI, their service steeply declined, and now Im out $600. I honestly hope they go bankrupt. ”

I logged in to my account and found that the hacker had messed with my account by upgrading my service plan and sub. to some data services. “No funciona bien esta página. Tiene problemas constantemente con cargar la página correctamente, ahora mismo por ejemplo estoy ya media hora esperando cargarse un gráfico. Eso me crea dudas de pagar por el uso. Son muy pesados con anuncios de pago y ofertas. Y no pienso pagar porque viendo que tienen errores constantes ¿cómo me voy al del pago? Si no hacéis bien su trabajo no hay suscripción. Lo único que les funciona sin fallo son sus propios anuncios para que te suscribes. ”

“They keep saying that we need to update the alerts in order to receive. I think this is the 10th update in a month and thats for 1 strategy, didnt mention the others yet. After updating the alert just works for few days. Tried wirh many other strategies to see if its on the stratwgies end or on tradingview. After 1 month of testing i realised its on Tradingviews side. “I'm done with the constant chart freezes, the disappearing drawings, missing candles and then those with HUGE gaps, price alerts that never get triggered or doesn't go away after being triggered, new updates on the phone app that make me do extra steps because they’ve put features at the forefront that very very few people use. “I have been using Tradingview for the last 4 years, even paid for an Essential plan but every time I ask myself if I should keep using it. The UI experience is really good and it's responsiveness makes me stay on it. I don't want to rely on a trading platform to chose my broker. I checked others but they are not necessarily cheap and the free ones like Meta Trader looks from another era. What do you guys use and why?”
