Looks fantastic. Audio quality improvements and rendering speed makes it worthwhile, add the new mode and editing tools, and it's a whole new product. Congratulations

Will the voices be free to upgrade, or do we have to buy the 2nd versions separately? Edit: Upgrade price per voice is 30$ and 20$ on sale currently. Progressively gets cheaper the more you upgrade and price is capped at 79$ past 5 voices until april 20th.

Hey guys! I own Synthesizer V versions 1 & 2, and several v1.0 voices. I wanted to own both versions of Felicia and Natalie but I waited until Synth V 2.0 came out to buy and upgrade. Right now, in the store, only v2.0 voices are available when searching within the Dreamtonics.com website. When searching for 1.0 voices via Google, the 1.0 pages are listed, but when you try to link to them, you get an "Oops! That page can't be found." Anyone have any solutions?

I do wish that all the outlets that sell Synthesizer V Studio hadn't removed the original from sale, since Studio 2 isn't backwards-compatible with Studio 1 voices. Yamaha got away with doing something similar because the later VOCALOID versions were backwards-compatible with the editor-dependent voices (i.e. V3, V4, and V5 -- V1 and V2 voices came with their own editor out of the box), but this is a whole different story since they require separately-sold upgrades to work in Studio 2 (at least

For me, V2 is a mixed bag. I took an existing Solaria track and brought the MIDI into Solaria V2, and honestly it sounded worse. Some of the "S" sounds are distorted, some of the nice stock vocal behaviors are gone. I do believe I can tweak all of those things, but it feels like it's going to be more work. That said, I like all of the new controls. I do appreciate the fact that I can run version 1 and version 2 in the same Logic session. But I hope that there are improvements to this versi
