“Dang, sorry to hear about the radio silence. It is absolutely messed up that the designer tried to get payment off platform. Reedsy is generally a force of good because they put a contract to protect the interests of both parties. They get real quiet, however, when you remind them that you and Reedsy have a contract, too. Their best outcome at this point is for you to give up and for it to go away. Keep the pressure on and keep documenting. And keep us posted!”
