“I was suspicious of the plagarism score as I had some direct quotes in my work, and my refernces didn't flag up either. Did a test run where I copy and pasted whole chunks of several articles and it didn't flag them at all. Maybe the data fed to the machine is for a specific area if academia, but was not useful for me (Allied health- Speech and Language). Cancelled my subscription, don't bother getting one”

“11:59 23/6/2025 I was offered 99p for 3 days and it charged me £1.04. The plagiarism checker stated 22%, but then never gave me a report. I then recieved an error code. "ERROR CODE OF 404 - Page not found: /tools/null" I also had to put my paragraph through three times for it to allow me to click the other buttons. 00:07am 24/06/2025 UPDATE: I just received a quick email from someone at the company who has offered to try and fix this for me? So fingers crossed!”

“Compared to other tools like duplichecker, smallSeo tools, and plagiarism checkerX, the results are quite promising and trustworthy which is the best thing about Quetext. Sometimes it hangs up and then I have to paste or upload the while text again. Also, the results on android phone and PC differ many a times. I have been using Quetext for about 2 years now and I find it a lot better than Copyscape which only showed plagiarism in my own written content. But Quetext is very promising.”

“Dont sign up to this. You cannot unsubscribe from their emails. I tried for a while now and had to write an email to support. I look at every single page on site or throughout the 5 emails they send me this week. No where can I unsubscribe from this useless service. ”
