“They make up emails that don't exist! I am so tired of receiving spam emails from Lusha customers who are being deceived. I have a catch-all setup in my email, meaning that any email for my domain is received by me. Every other day I receive a new email to a new email address on my domain and the names are totally made up. There is no Chris, no Tanashia, no Ryan, no Brad. It is all made up!! Lusha are scammers and they won't even honor my request to stop doing that. Makes me so mad. Please boy”

“I just discovered Lusha because a saleswoman has been desperately trying to email a man who has never worked at my company. Anything sent to my domain comes to me eventually, so when I saw that she'd been trying to get this fellow's attention about 5 times, I responded and I got her to admit that she got this completely invented email through Lusha. Password resets do not work, I have contacted our IT department the emails are not quarantined and they cannot see the traffic. I have contacted Lusha via their ‘live chat’ but it takes 2-3 days to reply and they never get back to me. I have sent countless emails with ZERO response. “When it works its ok. But its often buggy and when you reach out to support, during normal business hours, no one responds. When dealing with support, the answers were not transparent (if you have a bug just say you have a bug).”
