“I used the upscaler and it seemed to work well, so I paid for the next level (I was using free), which gave me over 500 credits. Used them for months with no problem. Didn't do any for a couple of months and when I came back, suddenly I couldn't do batch upscales anymore. It said my account didn't renew, but it also showed over 5,000 credits. I had lots of credits left and now they won't let me use them, except one-by-one apparently, which is tedious and not worth it. Don't know what they did in”

“Bought what I thought was a pack of 200 pics to download into their Ai pic enhancer. After 83 downloads it said that I was out of credits. When I complained, they said that it was not for 200 pic downloads but 200 uses of special features. They don't say this anywhere leading up to the purchase page. They don't explain anywhere what these feature are or how much each one cost. I was using old photo restore with colorizing feature. They claim that their AI does not change facial features at all. ”
