What it is

Overview

An AI agent deployment system that learns company voice and handles support tickets, content creation, and customer inquiries inside existing business tools. Eesel integrates with platforms like Freshdesk, Notion, HubSpot, and Slack rather than requiring a separate interface. Early reviewers describe the brand voice replication as the standout feature โ€” the AI learns how a company writes and maintains that tone across different tasks. The audience skews toward customer support managers and content teams at mid-market companies.

โ€œ๐Ÿ‘‹ ex-Intercom and maker of a popular AI support tool (eesel.ai). Bit late to the party but some things I've learnt: Your AI is only as good as the data you train on. Look for a tool that can plug in to your existing KB, help you make new articles, learn from your past tickets, learn from any internal documentation you may have in Google Docs. Don't change support tooling just for the AI features. The space is nascent, and I would look for AI solutions that integrate with your current help desk โ€

NEGATIVE trustpilot

โ€œDo not use the blog creation tool. Multiple blog creations just stop during creation and you have to start all over. Also, the ability to update the blog after initial creation is still filled with bugs. Tool states specific text/images were updated and they are no where to be found, then the blog context is lost and you have to start all over. I've pretty much abandoned it and have a much easier time generating what i need with claude code. โ€

โ€œlol the "ship and hope" is painfully accurate for a lot of agent development rn. Reproducible evals for multi-turn convos is the holy grail, but it's super tough to get right without a ton of manual review. Working at eesel AI, we found the most practical approach is aggressive simulation. We let users run their configured agent over thousands of their historical support tickets in a sandbox. It spits out a report on what percentage it would have resolved, what it got wrong, and you can review tโ€

โ€œI like the way it learns my brand and writes in my brand voice. I also like the fact that is does deep research into a topic and gives me back blogs that are not generic and have great content. There is little i have to refine or change once a blog is written as long as i give it good prompts. sometimes the images arent quite right and i have to recreate them because they had stray text or things that dont work. but thats really about it. I need to get content out to help with my domain authoritโ€

โ€œThe key is finding a platform that lets you "ground" the AI in your own data your portfolio, past project summaries, etc. That way it's not just translating, it's communicating your expertise and tone. A lot of no-code AI agent builders let you do this just by uploading your documents. eesel AI is where I work, and while our tools are often used for bigger teams, you could hook up an AI copilot to a folder of your professional documents in Google Drive, for example. You could then use it as an aโ€

โ€œMy suggestion (depending on the platform) would be to look into a tool that integrates with what you have atm. If you're on Intercom, maybe Fin is a good start if it has what you need (or go with a 3rd party app instead). On Zendesk I'd say start with 3rd party honestly. We picked up Eesel AI after looking into a few tools and settled with that. Like others have said, it depends on what you're looking for really. Zendesk AI: expensive, can be difficult and time consuming to set up to your likingโ€

POSITIVE g2

โ€œI like eesel AI's easy-to-use interface that's very intuitive. The team is very responsive with assistance and support, which is great. I also appreciate that the setup was quite easy and very smooth with low friction. What stands out is the usage fee model instead of a fixed subscription, which is great as we scale. Eesel AI gives us control over how the tool is responding, managing the system prompt, and configuring integrations like HubSpot and Slack. The chat bubble for in-app support is alsโ€
