I do. You have to go into settings and create a couple of templates/instructions to make it effective. A couple of mine are “always document the names of any physicians mentioned by the patient” in the HPI, otherwise it’ll just say “they reported following up with their PCP LAST Thursday” instead of “their PCP Dr Sanjay Singh”. I also have a generic “no touch” exam that I tell it to insert at the end. When I’m walking to my desk after the encounter I just say “Cleo, add my no touch physical exam

NEGATIVE reddit

I got a few advances from Cleo in the past but they're system of earning badges to qualify is stupid now. I linked all my debit cards but says it cannot see my transactions so it wont qualify me. And human support is useless. They cannot do anything.

I also use Cleo and love it. These are some great tips. I have a few custom instructions that help: - Evaluation and Plan: I have an instruction with the correct spelling of the names of other specialists and doctors at the hospital that we speak to regularly. It’s just and instruction that says something like “if you hear any of these names here is the correct spelling” followed by a list of names. Super easy. Very effective. - I have another instruction that tells Cleo to use colloquial termin

I use it. My best tips are to put all the indications for critical care time in (can be found online) and it has a reminder for me to document critical care time on potential patients. If I find it's not suitable, no extra clicks to not do it. You can do this for a number of things (heart score for chest pain, etc). I also tell it to use patient-reported language i.e. say "the patient reports their stress test last month was normal" rather than "the stress test last month was normal".

❤😅I have been very happy with the services for almost 2-3 years now

I downloaded the Cleo app a few months ago because I wanted help budgeting and managing my spending. The app seemed cool at first with the AI assistant and tracking features. But then I noticed I was getting charged $5.99 every month for their subscription and I don't even remember signing up for it. I tried to cancel the subscription like 3 times through the app but the charges kept going through. Then I saw something about them getting sued by the FTC for deceptive subscription practices and I

NEGATIVE reddit

I don't use them, but I see them in our chargeback data like crazy. Be warned these companies are basically an e-pay day loan service just on a smaller threshold. Dave, Birgit, Cleo.... Recommend you find another way or method.

I hate to say it... but Penny did several things better than you- unless you have a broader plan for your product launch. I'm not trying to be a hater- I would absolutely love to try this out, the concept of a 'daily/weekly/monthly' budget is great- but there are a few things I think you should think about here. You're announcing something in closed beta. Which I can't buy or use- I have to request an invite. That's... not very exciting. Give me something I can sign up for and use immediately, e
