It got me to the page I needed to submit a help request and I had received a response and a refund literally within 30 seconds. This is an awesome use of AI! They said they would refund me as a one-time courtesy, which I appreciated. And they even canceled my membership for me. Big fan of Canva and this experience made me even more of one.”

“Unpopular opinion I guess - I am a designer of over 10 years and use Canva regularly. Primarily I use it for brainstorming (whiteboards are my favorite) and making lightweight graphics for social, web, email. “I use Canva premium all the time (like start from scratch, very rarely start from a template) and I genuinely love the Ul. I mostly make pdfs or social posts, but sometimes use it to make assets for websites or emails. I've also used to make post cards, thank you cards, reports, fliers etc. I'm very "right brained" and I find Canva to be intuitive.
