“2 stars for the features you get at the price point, however it’s incredibly frustrating when you pay for unlimited emails but the platform will randomly block you from sending emails for 48 hours because you send 2 in one day. 2 EMAILS and they say that they must “protect my reputation” because 2 emails in one day is sooo scandalous. “This site is trash. There is absolutely no way to speak with a real person when you have an issue. All they do is send you back a general, auto-populated email. You should use a professional system that does not hide behind AI. AI is fine until you need real help or actual support. Then all they do is regurgitate information from their website back to you. There is no real way to speak to someone who can actually resolve the issue. They act like every problem can be fixed by pushing you back to”
